I’m often asked about good stretches for a tight neck. So this week, I’m going to share some of my favorite neck stretches that will benefit almost everyone. They’re mostly in picture form, they’re that simple.
Begin each stretch by moving your head as far as you comfortably can in that direction, or until you feel a gentle stretch, whichever comes first. If needed, use the weight of 2 fingers to move your head just a little bit farther so you can feel a gentle stretch. Hold the gentle stretch for 2-3 seconds then bring your head slowly back to center.
